Processing Times

Every Forged Grace order is prepared and packaged with care.

Ready-to-Ship Items
 

Most products available in the Forged Grace shop are already handcrafted and ready for their new homes. Ready-made orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
 

Custom & Personalized Orders
 

Custom projects and items requiring additional personalization may have longer processing times. Completion timelines vary depending on the design, complexity of the project, current workload, and availability of materials or products that may need to be ordered.

Estimated completion times will be discussed before a custom project is approved and purchased.
 

Orders Containing Multiple Items
 

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped together once the entire order is ready unless otherwise arranged.
 

Please Note
 

Processing times refer to the time needed to prepare and package your order and do not include shipping transit time. During holidays or unusually busy periods, processing may take longer than expected. If a delay affects your order, Forged Grace will contact you.

Shipping
 

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the shipping destination.

Available USPS shipping services may vary depending on the size, weight, destination, and other characteristics of the package.

Selecting a faster shipping service does not shorten the processing or production time for your order. Shipping service refers only to carrier transit time after your order has been completed and shipped.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

 
Shipping Addresses
 

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact Forged Grace as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the responsibility of the customer.
 
Carrier Delays & Delivery Issues
 

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery times are outside the direct control of Forged Grace. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect estimated delivery dates.

If tracking indicates a problem with your shipment or your package appears to be lost, please contact Forged Grace so I can help review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Forged Grace within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please see the Returns & Exchanges Policy for additional information.

Local Porch Pickup
 

Free local porch pickup is available in Winchester, Virginia.

Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before arriving. Processing times vary, and placing an order does not mean it is immediately available for pickup.

Porch pickup only is available. Forged Grace does not currently offer personal delivery or meet-up locations.

Pickup details and instructions will be provided through the order and pickup process.

Any processing, shipping, or delivery dates provided are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise. During holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, or carrier delays, orders may take longer than expected.
