Welcome to Forged Grace. By using this website or purchasing from Forged Grace, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them before placing an order.
Products & Handmade Nature
Forged Grace creates handcrafted, personalized, laser-cut, engraved, assembled, and finished products using a variety of materials and techniques.
Because many products are handmade and may include natural materials such as wood, slight variations in color, grain, knots, texture, engraving appearance, pattern placement, and other characteristics are expected. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible, but colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on materials, lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, addresses, numbers, wording, spelling, and other personalization details submitted or approved for an order. Forged Grace is not responsible for errors in information provided or approved by the customer. If Forged Grace makes an error in creating your order, I will work with you to make it right. Because personalized and custom products are created specifically for the customer, they are generally final sale once work has begun.
Custom Project Requests
Submitting a custom project inquiry does not create an obligation to purchase and does not guarantee that Forged Grace will be able to accept the project.
Before an accepted custom project begins, relevant details such as design, materials, pricing, estimated timing, personalization, and payment requirements will be discussed with the customer. Forged Grace reserves the right to decline a project that cannot reasonably be produced, falls outside available capabilities or materials, cannot be completed within the requested timeline, or raises concerns regarding the lawful use of customer-provided materials.
Custom Order Deposits & Payment
Certain custom projects may require a deposit before design work, material purchasing, or production begins. The required deposit amount and remaining balance will be provided with the custom quote or invoice before payment is made. A custom project is not considered confirmed and production will not begin until any required deposit has been received and the project details have been approved. Once work has begun or materials have been purchased, ordered, cut, engraved, personalized, or otherwise prepared specifically for the project, some or all of the deposit may become non-refundable to the extent necessary to cover work performed, materials purchased, and other costs reasonably incurred for the custom order. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided with the custom quote or invoice and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, before the completed order is shipped or made available for pickup.
Changes requested after a custom project has been approved may result in additional charges or changes to the estimated completion date. Any additional costs will be discussed before the requested changes are made. If Forged Grace is unable to complete an accepted custom project, any payment for work or products that cannot be provided will be refunded as appropriate.
Customer-Provided Artwork, Logos & Materials
Customers may provide photographs, artwork, logos, graphics, wording, or other materials for certain custom projects.
By providing these materials, the customer represents that they own the materials or have the necessary permission or rights to use them for the requested project. Forged Grace may decline to reproduce materials when there are reasonable concerns regarding ownership, copyright, trademark, licensing, quality, suitability, or lawful use.
Portfolio & Project Photography
Forged Grace may photograph completed products for use in its website portfolio, social media, marketing materials, or other examples of past work.
When a completed product contains personal information—such as a full name, address, photograph, contact information, or other information that could reasonably identify an individual—Forged Grace will take reasonable steps to avoid publicly displaying that information without permission or will obtain permission before sharing the identifiable project. Customer-provided photographs, artwork, logos, or other materials will not be used publicly solely because they were submitted for a custom order.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Payment must be successfully completed according to the terms of the order before products are shipped or made available for pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing for a custom project.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Forged Grace reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when necessary, including in cases involving unavailable materials, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, production limitations, or other circumstances that prevent the order from being reasonably fulfilled.
If an order that has already been paid cannot be accepted or fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Cancellations
Non-custom orders may generally be canceled before they have shipped or entered production.
Custom and personalized orders may generally be canceled before work begins. Once materials have been purchased specifically for the project or the order has been cut, engraved, personalized, assembled, or otherwise entered production, cancellation or a full refund may no longer be possible.
Please contact Forged Grace as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged orders, and refund eligibility are governed by the Forged Grace Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Shipping
Forged Grace currently ships within the United States and offers local porch pickup in Winchester, Virginia.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Shipping rates and available services are displayed at checkout when applicable.

Website Content & Forged Grace Designs
Unless otherwise stated, original website content, photographs, graphics, branding, product designs, written descriptions, and other original materials created by Forged Grace may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of customer-provided materials or third-party intellectual property.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use the website for unlawful purposes, or use its content in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of Forged Grace or others.
Third-Party Services
This website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, website services, or other providers.
Forged Grace is not responsible for the independent policies, practices, availability, or content of third-party services.
Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the Forged Grace Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forged Grace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
Forged Grace may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on this website with an updated revision date.
