If I make the mistake, that’s different. I’ll make it right.

Processing time depends on the item, personalization, materials, current order volume, and complexity of the project.Estimated processing or completion times will be provided when available. Custom projects may have their own timeline based on the work involved.Please remember that processing time is the time needed to create your order and is separate from the time it spends in transit after shipping.

Your piece will follow the design shown or approved, but handmade doesn’t mean factory-identical—and that’s part of its beauty.Natural materials such as wood can vary in grain, knots, color, texture, and engraving appearance. Pattern placement and other handmade details may also vary slightly from piece to piece.Those natural variations make each piece a little different and are not considered defects.

Custom work often involves materials and time that are specific to your project. Once materials have been ordered or your piece has entered production, those costs may not be recoverable or usable for another order.I’ll always make the deposit and payment terms clear before you commit to the project.If Forged Grace is unable to complete an accepted project, payment for work or products that cannot be provided will be refunded as appropriate.
